Morgan has an amazing positive energy to be around and work for. As a team, we are so lucky to call him an owner and leader here at Monarch! He oversees the daily operations here and also leads the sales team. We can always look to him to motivate us while also making us laugh non-stop.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better guy to work for and with! Meet the man behind the lens and creativity of Monarch Social! Makoa has a true artist’s eye and captures incredible photos and videos! He is our HEAD creative here at Monarch and is the best at running and managing Facebook ad accounts. He has managed more accounts and bigger budgets than you can imagine. We are the luckiest team around to have such an understanding and hard-working owner.

Brandon is our Web Dev LEADER and owner here at Monarch Social! Straight from New Zealand, and growing up in the land down under,  he is our go-to tech wiz. With years of expertise, he is always bringing designs to the next level. He brings an energy to the office that we would not be able to function without.

Wes is Monarch’s LEAD sales Manager. He works closely with businesses to identify their exact needs for growth. He’s a man of many talents, one of which is mastering the art of the podcast when he’s not bringing on clients! We love working with Wes and are so grateful to have him on the team.

The lady behind our content posting. Alice is an integral part of the Monarch Dream Team. She helps clients by creating posts and managing their Instagram and Facebook accounts. Her hobbies include Nintendo Switch gaming and binging anime when she isn’t taking naps. She chose digital marketing as her career because of her love for graphic design and staying up to date on the trends in the digital world!

Cody is the newest to join the dream team here at Monarch. He is a part of the Web-Dev crew and is continually showing up to go the extra mile. He is currently going to school at Neumont to get his bachelor’s in Web Design and Development. He is a proud husband as well as a father to an adorable 2-year-old boy. We love having Cody on the crew!
